TO GET UNSTUCK JUST START MOVING

If you feel stuck, unable to get started on something, just take a deep breath, smile and start moving: it could be jumping, running in place, dancing, taking a walk, going to the gym…whatever gets you to give your brain the message that you need to stop being stationary.

Then, make sure you put on the table all your fears and other roadblocks and look at them,

Remove the obstacles one by one,

Find the things that matter to you,

Finally, choose one thing and just do it! Go for it!
